Letter to our owners:

 December 20, 2022

This is the second letter we have prepared for our owners. The resort is open, but still no beach access or pool. We have engaged a Public Adjuster for assistance with our insurance claims. We also have hired a Florida General Contractor to repair and replace all the damage to the pool, pool deck, fencing, parking, and sea wall. There are complicated steps that must be navigated to accomplish these repairs. The first steps have begun! The survey team was onsite and working yesterday, as soon as we receive the survey, the contractor will submit our paperwork for the necessary permits and work will start on the sea wall. Seven Seas will be restored to its glory.

We wish to thank all our loyal owners for your support and patience during this time of reconstruction. Have a Merry and Joyous Holiday Season and a Happy 2023 to all.

 

About the Condo

Seven Seas is located on the beach, offers an outdoor pool, gas grills, and a game room. The beach is beautiful and offers endless fun. Offshore, you can enjoy every type of water sport from sailing to snorkeling. Deep-sea fishing charters are also available at local marinas. Golf and tennis facilities are found throughout the area and shopping and souvenir shops are practically at your door. Orlando is an hour drive away, close to the action and major attractions of Florida - Walt Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, and Sea World - and the Kennedy Space Center is to the south.
